Wow! What a gross title that is... We are continuing the medications and all is seeming to go well. Her yeast rash under her chin is clearing up, however now she has some cradle cap creeping up on her face. She has a lot of dry spots appearing around her forehead and cheeks. With advice from Aunty Amber we have been using a cortisone cream and that seems to be clearing up too! I hope it does because her first official portrait session on Friday night will go a lot better without her little face being covered in rashes! The reflux is becoming controlled and the medicine is helping her sleep better, she has been sleeping 8 1/2 to 9 hours since Monday! I hope everything continues to improve because it is the most frustrating thing in the world to know that your baby has something wrong with her that is irritating and possibly causing her pain!
I also wanted to ask for your prayers because Saturday morning I am retaking the PLT (Principles of Learning and Teaching) state certification exam. I took this test once before and passed, however I was notified a few months ago that the version of the test I took no longer was valid for certification in South Carolina, therefore I am having to retake a different version. I am a little nervous because of the length of time it has been since I have been in school and have picked up an education book, but I have been studying a little bit and I am hoping all will go well. It is a 2 hour essay format that is sure to be tiring and stressful for me. I hope my baby sleeps well Friday night so that I can rest up before the big day!
